Refreshments will be provided. AGM will be held first, then Year End Awards, and then socializing. We will be having door prizes and an auction. Also because we will be in the Christmas season for those who are interested can participate in a Christmas game. The game involves bringing a gift worth approximately $15. Each person who wants to participate will have the opportunity to pick a wrapped gift from the gifts that were brought. The first person selected will pick a gift from the wrapped gifts. The second person to choose a gift can either pick a wrapped gift or steal the unwrapped gift from the first person. This continues until everyone has had a turn.
During the meeting we will be also electing the Board for Westman Dressage, which includes the following positions:
- Vice Chair
- MHC (Manitoba Horse Council) Rep
- Newsletter / website
- Members at Large
We encourage anyone interested to put their names forward for any of these positions or to nominate others for these positions. In addition if you have any changes you would like to see made to the Westman Dressage Bylaws please let one of the present board members know of the suggested changes.
